Through 20years of fruitful engagement with various disciplines of the trade, he has handled multiple genres of outdoor catering and perfected each with elan.
Rai brings to the table an unmatched operational prowess and deft understanding of business.
Shetty has a vision that he has developed through several successful ventures in the hospitality industry. He has a robust brand portfolio and is credited with leading the expansion of the Little Italy brand of Italian restaurant franchise.
With more than 20 years of professional &managerial experience, and strategic brand-building prowess, Shetty brings with him an impeccable understanding of hotel operations and corporate support functions.
